So before hiring the services of water damage companies you must know
about the terms and conditions of these companies.

]]>I have never learnt to use axes properly. Hence I find them as dangerous as the exes. 😉 I prefer parangs as they are essentially just heavier and meaner-looking knives. My steel mug could probably cook rice and whole lot of other food. It is I who cannot cook. :'( Will stick to macaroni & angel-hair pasta and let the rice cooker do its magic.
Have fun playing outdoors!
]]>LOL! I almost fell off my chair reading your comments! Yes, Mr.DIY is indeed ‘haunted!’ I’m impressed with your collection & I must say, I got myself a mini axe. I’ve also gotten myself a stainless steel thermal mug that can cook rice too! Never tried macaroni though. That impending Part 2 should come soon. I’m clearing all my obligations just so that I can get outdoors & play & I’ve just finished the minutes for a 10hour meeting I attended. I had to reply this comment because I think you should blog about what you have written here too! You have just inspired me to do my Part 2 quickly!
]]>I haven’t jungle-camped for a long while, thus currently think urban survival skills(e.g. changing electrical fuse; calling the right number for automobile-assist etc.) are far more important than jungle survival skills. 🙂
]]>One of the best places to get your supplies is Mr. DIY & Daiso. What I couldn’t find affordable in shops, I found in these places! There’s a big outlet in SS2 Mall, and it’s where I got a self-inflating pillow from. So you’re not gonna show what you have acquired??? Or at least tell?
]]>Anyway, from past experiences if things could be lost, I would loose it, more often sooner than later. 🙂 So no premium items for me, only unbranded stuff and DIY stuff. Unless I go to adventurous faraway destinations that I truly have to rely on those premium items, those money are better spent on something that I might actually need (say a high grade jumper cable to jump start the car in case I forgot to switch of the lights till battery run flat).
Looking forward to read the part 2 of this post. Sorry, you can’t glee over my stuff because I don’t show the world the contents of my bag. 😀
p.s. I highly recommend everyone to have that jumper cable in each car. Mine had saved not only yours truly numerous time, but also saved others at parking lots. 😉
]]>I do have a Storm Whistle attached! Just forgot to make mention of it. The Part 2 of this post features a 50+ litre rucksack that I actually brought out camping with. The Millet backpack has now become my daily use bag after ditching my handbags for practical reasons. I hope you realise what event I was referring to that happened in February this year across the seas from us in a few coastal cowboy towns. Natural disasters are more likely to happen as you said & you can always err on the side of caution! (Darn, I don’t know which box I put my first crush letters in! 😀 ) I’ve acquired more gadgets since & with the number of reviews I’ve to write & products to test, it looks like another trip is imminent! Since you are putting yours together, do you have blog where I can find glee over your acquisitions??? 🙂
]]>Gadgets aside, as fires, floods, landslides and even roof colapsing are more likely to happen than apocalyptic intergalactic alien war / invasion, I think a “Grab-bag” is more important. A grab-bag is THE bag that you should first grab and save before anything else (but after you had saved lives). It must contains all your important documents (if letters from your first crush are important, then they must be in the bag), and meds.
Thanks to your article, I now would like to include a few survival items featured here but have not decide what yet. Don’t want to include all as grab-bag should be small and light enough to be “grabbable”. 🙂
]]>Great article!
]]>Hi! I think you need to use meta tags & the spiders that search for relevance will grab your link & put it up! Hope it helps!
