Heaven Bound

“Auntie, if you accept, just say YES in your heart ok???” She couldn’t speak because she had a stroke. With tears in her eyes, we invited the Lord of Lords to abide in her abode after Steve had a personal encounter himself. We were at the nursing home where she lives as Steve worked to make ends meet. Over time & visitations, others in the home who heard, made similar choices to invite the King of Kings into their lives. Eventually, Steve’s mother got baptised in the home on her birthday in November 2005. Last night, she departed to meet God face to face & Steve is left here to carry on with the moral support & care from our home fellowship. Steve, you have been the pillar of strength to me in my darkest hour & now, I would like to be the same for you. In the 12 years I’ve known you, you were every bit of the brother whom I never had. I’m so glad to see that both of you have the promise & that we will meet again. Your mum will be sadly missed.
